We are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Practices Assistant to join our team in Kyiv. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our legal practice, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
- Self-organization, attention to details, and ability to meet deadlines;
- Language proficiency: English (strong B2 both written and verbal); knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
- Proficiency in document formatting and preparation;
- Creativity and problem-solving skills;
- High level of emotional intelligence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the schedules and business trips for the legal team;
- Formatting and preparing legal documents and correspondence;
- Translating documents, letters, etc., from/into English;
- Maintaining the calendar of the Heads and scheduling meetings;
- Collaborating with all administrative departments within the law firm;
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc tasks and requests from colleagues.
