Biosphere Corporation— one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of household, hygiene and professional use goods in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (TM "Freken BOK", "Smile", "Vortex", "Novita", "PRO service" and many others), invites an Assistant to CEO to join our team.
The candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar and travel, including booking tickets and hotels;
- Execution of administrative and personal assignments;
- Preparation and organization of business meetings;
- Handling business correspondence in Italian and English.
That is why our future colleague must meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of English and Italian (minimum level B2);
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience in administration/assistance to CEO or Top managers;
- The ability to be in touch 24/7 and readiness for business trips;
- Desire to learn quickly;
- Experience in diplomacy is an advantage.
As for personal characteristics, taking into account the pace of work:
- Proactiveness and sociability;
- Stress resistance;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Diplomacy and knowledge of business etiquette;
- Ability to work in a multitasking and operational mode.
Place of work- Dnipro, office at 37 Zaporizke shosse.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (hours may vary). Housing compensation available.
