Job description:
- Manages the contracts flows for Acino IT
- Manages IT purchase requests, invoices, accruals process for Acino OPEX and CAPEX
- Management of company cellular services
- Prepare documents, business letters, presentations
- Calendar planning, organization and coordination of meetings and events (invitation drafts, agenda, minutes, venue, etc.)
- Travel support: arranging personal and business travel, visa application support, hotel arrangements etc.
- Document turnover (agreements, all internal documents) and work with a large volume of information
- Preparation and processing of various reports when necessary
- Organization and preparation of different meetings
- Сontrol over the quality of the service and analysis of the cost and conditions: courier, taxi, visa and travel agencies etc.
- Organize the reception of visitors
Profile:
- Higher education
- Experience in the administrative field at least 2 years
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment with strict deadlines
- Team player, well organized, attentive to details, enthusiastic, quick learner
- Project Management skills and English language will be a plus
- Good knowledge of:
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Organization of documentation flow in the company
- Rules of business communications
