You will perform complex administrative and organizational activities related to the country/business unit/franchise resources in accordance with the internal standards of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures administrative support for business unit/country/franchise and its employees
  • Responsible for Office support activities
  • Coordinates events, conferences and congresses
  • Coordinates team & cycle meetings
  • Coordinates circulation of documents and archiving
  • Supports projects
  • Handles internal and external correspondence
  • Prepares presentations
  • Books meeting rooms/accommodation/catering
  • Prepares analysis and reports
  • Acts as PMO
  • Works in various internal systems
  • Creates purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience on similar position in an international environment
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

Core knowledge, competencies & skills:

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in local language
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of marketing and sales activities
  • High level of computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Analytical thinking, attitude focused on problem solving, time management and ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy and personal responsibility for individual and team goals
  • Good team worker, able to build relationships within departments and functions
  • Integrity, resilience and adaptability in complex and often changing environment; ability to withstand pressure and meet deadlines and commitments
  • Deep loyalty and confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, intuition.
  • Determination, punctuality, multitasking ability
