We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Personal Assistant to support our Chairman on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
Responsibilities include:
- Email Management:
- Monitor and manage incoming emails
- Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails as appropriate
- Flag important messages for attention
- Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and book meetings, both internal and external
- Manage and update calendars
- Send meeting reminders and follow-ups
- Travel Arrangements:
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips
- Prepare travel itineraries and necessary documents
- General Administrative Support:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Assist with basic research tasks
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Interview timing:
- 1-st stage: interview with the recruiter (around 30 minutes);
- 2-nd stage: technical interview with a client (around 30 hour) in English
- 3-d stage: technical interview with a CEO (around 30 hour) in English
