Office Manager
Ciklum is looking for an Office Manager to join our team full-time in Kyiv.
We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

Responsibilities:
- Frontdesk maintenance
- Visitors reception, calls distribution, newcomers welcoming
- Couriers/post coordination & keeping the registers/checking Ciklum mail box distribution of the mails
- Support for requests for international sending of parcels and documents
- Working with JIRA, accepting/processing internal requests on various types of support
- Coordination of suppliers and making sure office stock is sufficient
- Participation in the teams move
- Office facility check conduction
- Assistance to the Facility Administrator
Requirements:
- Education — higher
- Experience with supporting office daily routine will be a plus
- Advanced computer user (Microsoft Office package, additional software is a plus)
- English — Upper-Intermediate
- Client-oriented attitude and smile
- Calm, self-organized, responsible, initiative
- Solid organizational skills
