Are you looking for an administrative support role that enhances your project management experience and allows you to support senior leadership in a global environment?  If so, this Administrative Support Staff role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

As Personal Assistant and Internal communications Specialist , you will provide end to end delivery of programs and projects. The role will require independent judgment and discretion and will often require the incumbent to create processes and identify improvement areas.
 

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

  • Conducting of the meetings and negotiations.

    In accordance with superior’s instructions notify employees about planned meetings/negotiations, check their participation, prepare agenda and distribute it between the participants.  Prepare the premises for meetings/negotiations

  • Incoming and Outgoing correspondence.

    Look through and sort the incoming correspondence, distribute it to the employees for processing. Prepare outgoing letters.

  • Business trip arrangements.

    Prepare all documents necessary for arranging business trips of the superior as well as some other UMT (Ukrainian Management Team) members.Book tickets and hotels in co-operation with Office Administrator. Prepare Superior’s expenses reports.

  • Provide information and interact with other facilities.

    Prepare and analyze necessary information for manager. Assist in preparing for meetings. Provide information to the banking group on behalf of the GM.

  • Manage the calendar of the GM.

    Schedule necessary meetings and manage their distribution.

  • Development the internal communications strategy to encourage employees based on global and local goals and culture, company activities implementation in the context of GSK's mission and values.
  • Communicate about the latest company news and events.  Release communications about key tasks in the systems, changes in workflows, messages from partners, etc.
  • Data collection for dashboards to demonstrate market results and KPIs

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Fluent English 

  • 1-2 years of work experience

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel)

  • Excellent administrative skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills
