Fresenius Medical Care Ukraine is the Ukrainian representative of the world's leading supplier of dialysis products and dialysis services for vital medical care for people with chronic and acute kidney failure.
We are currently looking for an Director Support/office manager.
Main tasks:
• Plans the working day of the Director (meetings, phone calls, etc.).
• Provides technical support for the activities of the Director (ordering transport, organizing meetings, negotiations, etc.).
• Carries out short-term business trips on the instructions of Director for solving certain issues.
• Within its competence, prepares draft orders, instructions of theDirector and other materials and documents related to the activities of the enterprise.
• Collects and receives materials and information from various external sources, provides its analysis, creates presentations.
• Organizes office work, examines correspondence addressed to the head of the enterprise, prepares draft answers or decisions within its competence.
• Receives, stores, processes, classifies and summarizes information materials received by the Director.
• Ensuring the operation of the office
• Performs other duties of the head of the enterprise within its competence.
Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success:
- Higher education
- Work experience is desirable especially for an international company
- Ability to work in a team and manage multitasking projects
- Ukrainian - fluent
- English – advanced (presenting, writing, reading)
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
