A five-star hotel Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv is currently looking for Front Office Agent to join our team!
Fairmont Hotel, a leader in the global hospitality industry, with a distinctive collection and a worldwide reputation for excellence. Main responsibilities:
- Guest arrivals and departures process;
- Processing of all necessary payments during the shift;
- Handle & coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals;
- Handle guests' concerns;
- Offer referral for services and handle requests for information;
- Handle and store luggage;
- Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours;
- Assist other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Fluent English;
- Decision making skills;
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is a must.
