RECEPTIONIST POSITION 

IN MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE ACCOUNT OFFICE

IRES (Integrated Facility Management Provider) is looking for a new colleague to become a valuable part of IRES Facility Management Team at our corporate client office space. 

Legal full time employment is with IRES. Actual constant place of work in the office of our international client, located in professional Business Center Forum at str. Pymonenko, 13, nearby metro station Lukianivska.

We welcome smart, energetic, Yonge and open face new friend to our team for long term mutual work. Our new colleague will operate as receptionist within normal working hours (9.00-17.00). 

Knowledge of English is the must (intermediate/advanced written and spoken level): telephone conversations, face to face meetings, translation of the texts, letters. We’ll request a colleague to present the knowledge of English during interview process.

Role

General

  • Higher education
  • Languages: Ukrainian native, English upper intermediate (it is important to communicate fluently in English).
  • Work experience in similar positions from 2 years;
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office programs — Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Possession of skills in working with office equipment and computer programs
  • The ability to independently determine priorities and adhere to deadlines for tasks,
  • Be «solution and customer-oriented»
  • Have high communication skills to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, BC administration
  • Learn quickly and be able to answer any questions
  • Neatness and organization. Observance of a business style in clothing and general appearance (hairstyle, makeup, jewelry)
  • Absence of bad habits

Reception Duties

  • • meeting guests, registering visitors,
  • • receiving calls
  • • ordering and receiving goods for the office
  • • work with correspondence (receiving/sending),
  • • administration of guest parking in BC
  • • assistance to new employees in navigating the office, assistance in using office equipment,
  • • assist the administrative department in organizing internal and external events
  • • be guided by high corporate values and standards in their duties
  • • many different interesting and non-standard tasks.

Official employment;

  • Provision of necessary office equipment to perform functions;
  • Working hours from 9-00 to 17-00, five-day working week.
  • Salary UAH 27000 (clean on hand, after paying all taxes).
