We’re Hiring: Customer Care Representative (Remote)
Cooperation type: Freelance
StellarTech is the #1 Microlearning company creating educational mobile apps, and we’re looking for a junior / entry-level teammate — no previous work experience required. If you’re excited about helping people and you use AI tools daily, this could be a great start.
What you’ll do
- Manage web & app user requests in Zendesk
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to our Tech Support team
- Tag requests to support analytics and reporting
- Keep response times within our SLA
- Process PayPal/Stripe disputes
What we’re looking for
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Genuine interest in support & problem-solving
- Daily experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
- Excellent communication: polite, clear, customer-friendly tone
- Ability to structure your thoughts and write messages logically and respectfully
What we offer
- 2-week training for candidates who successfully pass the recruitment process
- After successful completion of the 2-week training, we will make an offer
- You can choose the schedule that works best for you and start your shift at a convenient time — morning, daytime, evening, or night. Each shift is 8 hours with a 1-hour break.
