Description
The CSR Manager is responsible for professional communication with players via chat, timely support, and chat moderation in accordance with the company’s internal standards. 
This role combines customer service, communication, and basic technical monitoring aimed at ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and safe gaming experience for all players. 

Requirements
•Experience in customer support, online chats, or live-casino environments is an advantage. 
•Strong communication skills and high literacy. 
•Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly switch between chats and incidents. 
•Stress tolerance and the ability to remain professional in challenging situations. 
•English proficiency at A2-B2 level. 
•High responsibility, integrity, and ability to work with confidential information. 
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word). 

Responsibilities
•Provide prompt chat support to players in accordance with company standards. 
•Moderate game chats: filter unwanted messages, monitor appropriate behavior, and detect attempts at manipulation. 
•Communicate with players and internal departments, escalating incidents promptly. 
•Check the functionality of the website (sound, video, interface) and promptly report any issues that may affect table or studio performance. 
•Prepare regular reports (IDR) in accordance with internal procedures. 
•Ensure confidentiality and maintain polite, professional communication with players at all times.
