About Us
WATCHOYSTER SA is a Geneva-based company working with modern, Certified Pre-Owned, and vintage timepiece collections. We are expanding our presence across Europe and strengthening our online sales channels, building a remote team that supports our infrastructure and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing client inquiries and deals on Chrono24.
• Structuring and maintaining the sales funnel.
• Responding to client questions and guiding the deal through to completion.
• Checking availability, timelines, and details for each model.
• Transferring information to logistics and monitoring order statuses.
• Updating the client database and maintaining after-sales communication.
Requirements
• Experience in sales on online marketplaces.
• Confident use of CRM systems and basic analytical tools.
• Confident use of ChatGPT as a professional tool.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work in a structured and consistent manner.
• Skill in handling deals through to completion, building trust-based working relationships, and maintaining a clear sales funnel.
• Ability to work with data and document processes.
