Format: Remote type, working hours: 20:00 till 8:00 (NIGHT SHIFTS), format: 2 working days*2 days weekends, Full-time

Requirements
- 1+ years in customer support
- 1+ year in crypto/web3 is a must
- English C1+
- Experience in Google Sheets (reports, formulas)
- Customer care orientation
- High writing grammar and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Customer support via Intercom
- Managing and auditing user accounts
- Manual transactions
- Reporting
