Job Summary:
We are seeking a Portal Administrator to support our client’s day-to-day operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, globally impactful challenges. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on solving problems and takes pride in delivering excellence.
About the project:
Our client’s project unites over 80 medical clinics across the states of Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington D.C., employing more than 1000 individuals and contractors.
To successfully manage multiple clinics and to provide consistently high-quality service, our client has developed a novel business model and implemented modern technology for the internal and external flow of information.
The core of the company, excluding employees, is the intranet portal. The Portal includes schedules, appointment information, patients' info, attorney portal, and much more.
The internal portal connects all clinics with each other and the headquarters. External IT provides instant access to essential information of the clients and electronic transfer of medical records to the participating Attorney.

ENGLISH: Upper Intermediate (B2+) and higher!!!

Responsibilities:
Precise and consistent time tracking
Effective self-management and task organization
Clear communication and proactive problem resolution
Job Duties:
- Preparing and managing weekly clinic schedules, as well as processing additional scheduling requests;
- Creating and updating user documentation and training materials;
- Generating regular reports on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis;
- Gathering and organizing user feedback and enhancement requests;
- Providing portal-related tech support to attorneys, insurance representatives, and other partners;
- Responding to inquiries and support tickets from doctors, attorneys, and employees;
- Monitor the client’s reputation across digital platforms;
- Coordinating requests and facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team;
- Prioritizing development tasks according to business objectives;
- Assisting in quality assurance activities prior to product releases;
- Supporting various ad hoc requests and contributing to overall team excellence in project delivery.
