New programmatic agency specializing in traffic acquisition and distribution within the recruitment industry is looking for an active and ambitious Sales Manager, who is ready to conquer clients from the foreign markets and bring success to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a sales funnel, categorize leads, establish contact with clients, and identify their needs and potential.
  • Develop partnerships, explore opportunities for campaign growth, and align strategies with clients.
  • Track campaign metrics, provide clients with reports, and optimize existing agreements.
  • Analyze industry trends, explore new business models, and implement innovative ideas.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in English: Upper-intermediate or higher.
  • At least 2 years in sales or marketing.
  • Strong business communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work with data, analyze statistics, and use insights during negotiations.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with terms like traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, ROMI.
