IT outsource Sales Manager

Hello! I'm  Anatoliy, the owner of Yarandin Inc. I am looking for a Sales Manger/Representative with commercial experience IT outsource.

Yarandin Inc is a Ukrainian IT company with its own product and start-up solutions for businesses in Europe. The products we create help our Clients simplify their business in different parts of the world. Our portfolio includes more than 15 international projects.

20+ people in the team.

 Requirements:

— Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

— Upper-Intermediate English (required);

— Experience with Upwork/LinkedIn and other digital communications tools to generate new sales opportunities (required);

— Be familiar with web development lifecycle;

— Skills and desire to sell and grow with the team.

Responsibilities:

— Responsible for outreach, prospecting and lead/contract creation according to requirements;

— Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients;

— Clarification of the client’s requirements needs and sales activities deal closing;

— Report to BDM with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

What we offer:

— Salary (depends on KPI) + %, on average a manager earns from 30к per month;
