We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving our business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful sales opportunities. Required Skills:
- Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
- Sales is your superpower and you are interested in pursuing this field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of professional experience working with business projects in a similar position
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills to deliver proposals
- Brilliant relationship builder with effective negotiating skills
- Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, Email outreach, Website visitors, conferences, etc.)
- Determine lead suitability based on needs, budget, and timeline
- Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
- Work closely with the Sales Team to provide valuable insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates
- Engage and educate leads to keep them interested
- Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
