Our client is a leading international company in the field of computer equipment and electronics production, known for its innovation and high-quality products- ACER(https://www.acer.com/ua-uk). The company is looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Country Retail Sales Manager for business development in the local market.

 Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
  5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
  7. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  8. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

 Required Skills

  1. Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
  3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client information, track activities, and produce reports.
  8. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  9. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.

 Required Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles.
  2. Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates is a plus.
  3. Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
  4. Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.
  5. Additional certifications or training in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is a plus.
