The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in the IT and telecommunications industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and market conditions is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and research call center companies in target markets to build a high-quality pipeline of potential partners.
Analyze company profiles, service offerings, and key decision-makers to determine partnership potential.
Generate leads through online research, business directories, social media platforms, industry forums, and professional networks.
Qualify potential partners based on predefined criteria such as capacity, pricing, specialization, and geographic coverage.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate company data, lead status, and follow-up activities.
Reach out to potential partners via email or LinkedIn, introducing the company and initiating cooperation discussions.
Collaborate with the business development team to hand over qualified leads and support ongoing negotiations.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including number of leads sourced, qualified, and handed over.
Continuously optimize research and outreach strategies based on performance insights.
Stay informed about the call center industry and market trends to improve targeting and lead quality.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education;
At least 2 years experience in Telecom sector preferably;
Fluent spoken and written English is a must, additional languages a positive;
Advanced user of computer packages;
Sociable, responsible and a quick learner.
