The head office of the company is located in Kiev; also we develop branches in other cities of the country. We have network of service centers and parts selling offices, training center, component rebuild center. The company is consequently monitoring service level by arranging training activities in our own training center and at the premises of equipment suppliers.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR Sales Manager of Power Systems Department
Reporting Structure: Power System Equipment Division Director
Main tasks / responsibilities:
- Close Project in the segments of EPG (Electric Power Generation), Industrial, Oil&Gas and Locomotive.
- Develop and grow new Clients.
- To participate in Commercial activities for divulgation and local marketing communication.
- Generate periodic market intelligence and share reports.
- Manage resource allocation (Human and Material) for the Department and Projects.
- Complete interaction with the rest of Departments with the Division and commitment to interact with the rest of the Organization.
Responsibility:
- Manage technical training to Clients.
- Develop and execute Project presentation with Clients.
- Manage the relationship with our main Suppliers and Commercial Partners.
- Propose and plan annual Projects / Primer Product sales.
- Monitor and follow-up activity in the markets, foresee upcoming deals and tendencies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with international donation institutes and organizations.
- Build and maintain strong cooperation and long-term relationships with key customers.
Requirements:
- University Degree in some Field of Engineering (Mechanical, Electric, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial or similar.
- English of min 50% (ability to read and write).
- Master Degree in Engineering, Economics or BA is positively accepted.
- With minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management and Engineering Sales.
- Manage of the Office Software, ability to interpret Project / CAD, P&ID, Single line and other schematic diagrams.
- Highly positive the knowledge and Courses of Negotiation Abilities, Finance (P&L) and Project Management.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to the Team, must be a Team Player, proactive, purposeful and reactive when necessary.
- To possess communication skills, leadership, team building.
- Oriented to results, to Costumer service, decision making.
- Ability to travel between 40% and 60% (sometimes up to 70%) of the time.
