Qualifications:
- Fluent writer/speaks and writes excellent english
- Very good technology user (very comfortable with mobile phone apps like Signal and Whatsapp, Excel, Powerpoint, SaaS apps like Google Workspace and Google Calendar)
- Understands the intricacies of travel and how to book complex trips and adjust when issues take place
- Very accessible and flexible (can work US timezone hours)
- Very focused on making things easy and convenient for the principal
- Not afraid to be polite but firm and tough on the phone with vendors when facing challenges related to travel or other problems
- Extremely details focused and very thorough
- Receives feedback well and eager to learn new things
- Takes initiative to constantly improve processes and increase efficiencies
- Self starter
- Can work well with a bigger team
- Patient
- Creative and has some limited appreciation of aesthetics/graphics design skills
- Great at interviewing/recruiting people
- Interested in a very long term opportunity
Duties:
- Managing calendar and setting appointments
- Booking and managing travel
- Managing expenses
- Dealing with vendor issues (particularly travel)
- Getting all details for events: where/when principal is supposed to be, what the topic of discussion is, who is greeting him, where he should stay
- Coordinating with other members of the team
- Creating photo albums
Work Terms
- 100% remote job
- Salary once a month $1,5-$2k
- Working hours US time zone (4:30pm - 3am Kyiv time)
- Monday-Friday are working days
- Saturday, Sunday, US holidays - rest days
- eco flow for a candidate after passing a testing 30 days period
