Job Position: Executive Assistant to COO (Full-time)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team and support the COO in their daily activities.
Job Description: As an Executive Assistant to the COO, you will play a critical role in supporting the COO’s day-to-day operations and providing high-level assistance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the COO, advising them on business strategy and ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office. Strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent English language abilities are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and inquiries on behalf of the COO.
- Coordinate and manage the COO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda development, presentation materials, and minutes.
- Conduct research and provide analysis to support the COO in making informed business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, representing the COO and the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Driver's License, category B
- Personal car would be an advantage
