Indirect Buying support Specialist

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Manage and release Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Ariba
• Verify and validate procurement data for completeness and accuracy
• Conduct catalogue and system searches for materials and services
• Identify and propose alternative suppliers and solutions when required
• Request, compare, and negotiate supplier offers and proposals
• Support master data management, including material and supplier data maintenance
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders and related documents in SAP
• Maintain price and payment terms records
• Generate procurement and supplier reports as required
• Foster strong supplier relationships for alignment with organizational needs
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Higher education
• 1+ years related experience in operational / transactional purchasing. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and experience in working with different ІТ/CRM systems.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW and CDB preferably
• Upper Intermediate level of English or higher
• German is a plus
• Result-oriented, responsible and attentive to details
• Team-player
• Open for new knowledge, quick-learner
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
