AVELLUM, a leading Ukrainian law firm, is seeking a Business Development and Communication Assistant to join our team!

Requirements:
1+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm.
Well-developed communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously and manage deadlines.
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of design. Experience in working with Figma is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian.
Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing submissions for key legal rankings and awards.
Assist with preparing analytics for potential pitches and business trips.
Assist with managing cooperation with business and legal associations (e.g. UBA, AmCham).
Assist with the organisation of internal and external events.
Assist with creating content across various social platforms.
Assist with managing the firm’s newsletters, press releases, legal alerts, articles, and email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate photo shoots and manage marketing materials (updates to CVs, presentations, website).
Manage the production of branded materials (notebooks, pens, stickers, etc.)
