Sargent Logistics, Inc. is an American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.
We are looking for a Assistant to join our team in the Kyiv office.
At this position you will be responsible for:
- tracking our shipment to and from the warehouses;
- filling in and checking reports;
- checking loads and all the documentation provided to them;
- work tightly with other department to ensure smooth operation.
Our requirement are:
- excellent verbal and written English skills;
- proficient computer skills (typing abilities, Windows and Microsoft Office);
- organized and responsible;
- attentive to details;
- previous experience at similar positions or logistics field would be a plus.
