As an Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer + Head of Family Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team with research, administrative tasks, and basic tech assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations as the department includes a few directions of work. 

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with research, handle  administrative duties, provide basic tech support, and perform basic accounting tasks to support business development initiatives.

Good English is a must!

What we need you to do:

  • Conduct research to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Be involved in the Family Office’s tasks. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
  • Be able to provide basic tech support, such as managing subscriptions, troubleshooting minor technical issues, etc if needed. 
  • Compile and organize information into reports, tables, and presentations.
  • Perform basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports, etc.
  • Support in coordinating projects and meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases.
  • Conduct research and find relevant information to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinating with team members.

You’ll be a good fit for us if you have:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic technical skills, including managing subscriptions and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
