Key Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager with proven results
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws (Ukraine, USA)
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) as you will conduct interviews with native speakers
• A degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
• Proficiency in using Google products for seamless operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively manage challenges in a dynamic environment
• Expertise with hiring platforms such as Work.ua, Robota.ua, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn
• Familiarity with social media platforms for hiring, such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram
• Proficiency with candidate evaluation tools such as Testify, Harver, Thrive
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that reflect our company’s values of honesty, transparency, and collaboration, and support our long-term business goals
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to interviewing, ensuring we hire only top-performing professionals
• Design and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure employees are fully integrated and productive from day one
• Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and inquiries, fostering a positive, results-driven workplace culture
• Collaborate with company leadership to make strategic hiring decisions that support our company’s growth and maintain high-performance standards
