About The Position
We’re looking for experienced Talent Sourcer to join our remote team. This role is pivotal for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier IT talent globally, emphasizing Eastern Europe and LatAm.
About the Talent Acquisition team:
Our team consists of three recruiters and four sourcers. We plan to expand the sourcing team and improve our results by implementing automation and a data-driven approach.

What makes you a great fit
- 1+ years of experience with hands-on sourcing tech and non-tech roles
- Proficiency in IT-specific sourcing tools and techniques: LinkedIn Advanced Search, X-Ray, LinkedIn Search, Github, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn and social media platforms for effective candidate sourcing
- In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
- Intermediate level of English for communication with foreign candidates
- Strong skills in networking and relationship management
- A data-driven approach to sourcing strategy evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Your day-to-day in this position
- Searching of candidates using all possible sources and automation tools
- Screening candidates and primary communication
- Updating database with required information
- Formatting CV
- Preparing reports
- Other recruitment duties as needed
