Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR manager in IT
- A passion for creating happy and productive teams
- Hands-on experience in working closely with people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to inspire others
- Attention to detail and great organizational skills
- English: Upper-intermediate or above
- A constant desire for personal growth
What you’ll do:
- Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, retention, satisfaction, growth, and rotations
- Support key activities in the HR department
- Work closely with teams and managers to tackle people development issues and find solutions
- Plan and execute initiatives to boost corporate culture
- Create strategies to grow our employer brand through social media, career sites, and networks
- Help organize corporate gifts together with the operations team
