We are looking for Junior HR BP for Audit department
Responsibilities
- Assist in the all development and implementation processes within Audit department
- Daily cooperation with the HR BP of Audit and improve HR processes.
- Onboarding of new employees (conducting induction&buddy program, collecting info on probation period for managers decision)
- Assist in managing and resolving employee relations issues.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Enhance job satisfaction by analysing and resolving issues promptly, using best practice
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Economics or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Proficient communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
