Це вакансія для Юриста з англійською мовою. Якщо Ви володієте англійською - надсилайте резюме. Далі буде співбесіда англійською мовою 40-60 хв. В компанії часто спілкування англійською мовою. На цій посаді потрібен Юрист/Адвокат. Наявність адвокатського свідоцтва обов'язкова вимога. Зі старту ставка 45000 грн, раз на рік перегляд зп. Пізніше можуть бути надані ще додатково бонуси.
Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Effectively manage and execute company projects related to the support of business operations.
- Client Representation: Represent clients' interests in court proceedings.
- Task Planning: Utilize task and time management software for efficient workflow.
- Business Correspondence: Handle business correspondence and maintain accurate documentation.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for Partners/Clients.
- Client Communication: Maintain autonomous communication with clients on assigned projects.
- Legal Positions/Presentations: Develop and present legal positions and presentations.
Requirements:
- Legal Certification: Valid certificate for practicing law.
- Experience: Active and continuous legal practice for at least the last 3 years.
- Expertise: Knowledge and experience in corporate, commercial, and civil law.
- Skills: Excellent communication, flexibility, organizational skills, high initiative, responsibility, team collaboration, and goal orientation.
- Language Proficiency: English language skills at B1+ level.
