Corporate Lawyer (Senior)
Product IT company is looking for a lawyer .Will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex legal issues in the ecommerce field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, addendums, and other legal documents.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance issues.
- Handle disputes and litigation related to e-commerce transactions, including consumer complaints, fraud cases, and intellectual property infringements.
- Communication with acquiring banks and PSPs on behalf of the company to resolve issues related to closing merchant accounts and manager the process of closing
- Handle disputes and litigation related to receiving final payouts from the Banks
- Dispute fines and other irrational commissions
- Communication with card brand representatives regarding potential investigations
-Work closely with other departments, including IT, marketing, and finance, to ensure legal compliance across all aspects of the company's e-commerce activities.
Qualifications:
- Higher Law degree.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in e-commerce.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the basics of EU legislation
- English level upper-intermediate and above.
- Experience in communication with EU banks will be an advantage
- Excellent and effective communication skills, with ability to handle complex issues
