For our client, global restaurants chain, we are looking for Legal counsel.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 remote)
Key responsibilities:
- Legal support of restaurants in Ukraine, starting from the opening a restaurant (verification of documents), support of current activities, including support during inspections by state authorities
- Knowledge of labor legislation, preparation of amendments to the collective agreement, internal labor regulations, legal assistance to the labor protection service, participation in official investigations
- Revision and creation of contracts/contract templates for all company departments in Ukraine
- Control and creation of internal regulations and other internal documents
- Control and creation of internal processes, policies
- Personal data protection agenda
- Managing the compliance agenda
- Implementation of corporate changes
- Legal support in handling customer and employee complaints
- Legal support when communicating with the authorities
- Informing about new legislation
- Preparation of powers of attorney
- Legal support of the charity projects
Profile of the person we are looking for:
- Higher education in law
- 5 years of professional experience as a Legal counsel
- English – upper intermediate
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Analytical thinking, attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
