Responsibilities:
- Research, analysis and advice on international corporate and tax issues;
- Legal support of the company's activities in various jurisdictions (tax, financial law);
- Participation in optimization of the company's corporate structure;
- Registration/reorganization/liquidation of companies, administration, M&A and other corporate issues;
- Legal support of the company's operational activities;
- Preparation of legal documents (amendments to statutory documents, drafting of appeals, inquiries, claims, petitions, applications, etc);
- Conducting legal due diligence (drafting) of draft agreements and existing agreements;
- Drafting and reviewing internal (local) regulations in accordance with applicable law, court practice, and informing about changes in legislation;
- Identification and analysis of legal risks.
Requirements:
University degree in law;
At least 3 years of experience in the field of law;
Knowledge of corporate, civil, commercial and labor law.
