Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lead/Sales Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in IT sales with opportunities for growth into leadership positions. You will work closely with sales team, contribute to sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Strategies:

    • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales plans to achieve company objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
    • Participate in outreach efforts, including Upwork, LinkedIn, cold calling and emailing, networking.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support and information.
  • Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
    • Provide insights to the team to enhance sales strategies.
  • Reporting:

    • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
    • Track personal sales metrics and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience:

    • 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
    • Internship or project experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in English, at least B2 level.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge:

    • Basic understanding of IT products and services.
    • Eagerness to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
