Sales manager

Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking and attracting new clients.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the company's current clients.
- Conducting negotiations, preparing, and concluding contracts.
- Analyzing the market and competitive environment, developing strategies to increase sales.
- Preparing commercial proposals and presentations.
- Coordinating work with other departments to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and other business development events.
- Maintaining reports and providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in logistics, economics, or management).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the logistics services market and understanding of the basic principles of international freight transportation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- High level of self-organization, proactivity, and result-oriented approach.
