What We Need From You:
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience in Business Development or related.
- A passion for client interaction and stellar communication skills across various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, messaging apps).
- Analytical mindset to refine and enhance your sales approach.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with top-tier companies like Google, Zendesk, and Asana.
- Result-oriented drive.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound leads.
- Identify and engage ideal customers.
- Communicate with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate Demo discussions with potential clients.
- Document client interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams.
- Achieve and surpass KPIs.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation.
- Background in B2B, IT solutions, or finance.
- Multi-language skills, including Ukrainian.
