Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant for our marketing agency to engage with our customers via Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, nurturing leads, and driving sales through effective written communication. This is a full-time 45-hour position based on New York time - EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages on Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Build relationships with potential customers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations.
