Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to ensure all sales activities align with company policies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in high-risk industries such as crypto, gambling.
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Spoken English from Upper Intermediate or Higher.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
