We are seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves selling services that may be considered high-risk, requiring a strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex sales processes while building strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in high-risk industries.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments for prospective clients to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- Present and explain service offerings tailored to the needs of high-risk clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability and compliance.

- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance) to ensure all sales activities align with company policies.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in high-risk industries such as crypto, gambling.

- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.

- Spoken English from Upper Intermediate or Higher. 

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
