HR Manager (Human Resources)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead the human resources department and support the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the overall HR strategy to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and career development opportunities.
  • HR strategy: Create and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals, including workforce planning, talent development, and retention initiatives.
  • Policy development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, updating HR policies as necessary.
  • Employee engagement: Plan and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Training and development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to foster skill growth and career advancement.
  • HR data management: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

### Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • HR expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to handle sensitive situations and conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
  • Language skills: English Level C1-C2 (must have)!
