P&O Administration Specialist (HR Administration)

The purpose of this role is to provide expert services for employees, managers and HR community in Ukraine in the area of personnel administration, benefits and related data and processes, and act as a subject matter expert for these services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and complies with laws and company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAP-HR Core, Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendors
  • Draft and prepare legal documentation such as employees’ contracts, orders etc.
  • Manage & maintain military personnel records & reporting (if needed, opportunities to learn will be provided)
  • Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts
  • Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and relevant guidelines
  • Act as subject matter expert for personnel administration data and processes
  • Extract reports needed for personnel administration and other ad hoc reports upon request
  • Close collaboration with local HR department, HR operations Team and other stakeholders

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Higher education - Bachelor/Master's degree (in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field preferred but not a must)
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience 
  • Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (Labour Code)
  • Languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English (verbal and written) – at least Intermediate.
  • HRIS system (SAP / Workday) knowledge
