Omnicore is seeking a dynamic and creative Internal Communication and Employer Brand Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and reinforce the Omnicore brand among employees.
Working closely with the HR and Marketing team you will develop and deliver HR Brand strategies and action plans to promote Omnicore as an employer choice to existing employees and potential hires.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with the HR and Recruitment Teams and business leaders to clearly define our employee value proposition.
- Plan, establish and oversee the company’s social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding.
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, including brand messaging and campaign management, to support Employee Experience activities.
- Create and deliver engaging internal and external communications content and further day-to-day handling of social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms)
- Implement strategies to inform and engage employees at all levels.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as events, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
- Work closely with the in-house Development department, create, manage, and continuously improve the company’s career website to ensure that it is an effective tool for attracting suitable candidates and enhances the employer’s brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
What We Expect From You:
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian (we work with Kazakhstan)
- Proven experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or related roles.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Strong ability to build networks/relationships and influence to deliver results across all levels.
