Job Description:
As a Cold Calling Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Your goal is to generate interest, gather information, and convert leads into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Client Interaction: Build rapport with potential clients, handle objections, and answer questions about our products/services.
- Data Management: Accurately record all interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven cold calling/sales experience with measurable results.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1 level), enabling effective communication with clients and the team.
- Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Kyiv time to align with U.S. clients' schedules.
