And now, we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who shares our passion and drive!
Your schedule:
- 4 p.m. to Midnight (Kyiv Time) — you’ll be in the zone when our clients need us most!
Responsibilities:
- Support our clients through the ticketing system (Zendesk), chat, and calls, assisting them with any inquiries.
- Deal with bank disputes, always keeping our clients' best interests at heart.
- Resolve technical issues, turning challenges into great client experiences.
- Collaborate closely with our talented team to refine processes and innovate.
- Partner with our department head to build and elevate our support department.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of Customer Support experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong, clear communicator who’s proactive and driven.
- Will be a plus — experience in Customer Success—an asset we’d love to have on board!
