Job Summary: 
INCHKYIV is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and pre-sales activities across the EMEA region. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background as a Key Account Manager (KAM) or Product Specialist within the pharmaceutical industry, equipped with the skills to develop and maintain relationships with key clients. This is a remote role open to candidates across the EMEA region, with the flexibility to travel as needed. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting INCHKYIV’s services and solutions and expanding our presence in pharmaceutical marketing. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead sales and pre-sales activities throughout the EMEA region, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships within the pharmaceutical sector. 
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales strategies and presentations, effectively communicating INCHKYIV's value proposition to potential clients. 
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts, adapting messaging to suit regional client needs. 
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, informing sales strategies. 
  • Engage in client meetings, pitches, and negotiations, both virtually and in-person, to advance sales and secure new clients. 
  • Prepare proposals, manage sales documentation, and accurately record all sales activities in CRM system. 
  • Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve or exceed performance targets. 
  • Represent INCHKYIV at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building the agency’s reputation and network within the EMEA pharmaceutical industry. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales. 
  • Proven track record in account management and business development within the healthcare/pharma industry. 
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in English (additional language skills are an advantage). 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with effective time management and prioritization. 
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across the EMEA region for client meetings and industry events. 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
