We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Architectural Sales Manager to help grow our presence in the architectural sector.

Position Overview:
As an Architectural Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our architectural division by managing relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and developers. This role is pivotal in expanding our portfolio of large-scale architectural projects. Your focus will be on high-profile clients and projects, ensuring Mr. Glazier’s solutions are the go-to choice for architectural glass and glazing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Management: Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, development companies, and government entities.

  • Networking: Conduct research and participate in virtual and remote events/sites, ensuring strong client engagement and understanding their needs/requirements.

  • Events, Partnerships: Organize and participate in webinars and discussions with top names in the architecture and design industry, represent Mr. Glazier in publications, blogs, social media, targeting the architecture and design community.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at securing large, high-value architectural projects.

  • Product Knowledge and Presentation: Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients and demonstrate how Mr. Glazier's solutions can meet their needs.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Reporting: Track and report on sales progress, forecasts, and client engagements to senior management and in the CRM system. 

Qualifications:

  • Architectural Background: A degree in architecture, with experience working in architectural design or glazing solutions.

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in large-scale architectural or construction projects.

  • Strong Network: Established relationships within the architectural community, including architects, designers, developers, and government agencies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday, Zoho) to manage client data and sales pipelines.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining focus on sales goals.

  • Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Kyiv time to align with U.S. clients' schedules.
