As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team and help redefine the window repair industry.

Location: Remote (Working hours aligned with the US market, 3 PM to 1 AM Ukraine time)

Position Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by attracting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our innovative solutions. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales performance, and our overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and prospective clients.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.

• Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare detailed sales reports, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Manager or similar role.

• Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for remote collaboration.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Knowledge of the glass, windows, and doors industry is a plus.

• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
