Bayer Ltd, International company open the vacancy of General Ledger Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Guarantee the right level of accounting data according to Group Norms, local and Tax requirements: to manage the process of incorrect postings, clearing of accounts etc.
- Support and guarantee the right level of Chart of accounts according to Group Norms and local requirements: initiate request for creation new GL accounts, for changes if needed.
- Support and coordinate the closing process according to Group and Local rules: monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Perform, review and analysis of financial income & expenses: foreign currency valuation, loan/deposit postings, IFRS16.
- Perform, review and analysis of Inventory accounting, to make corrections if it is necessary.
- Manage the process of annual Asset Inventory.
- Perform and review the monthly closing result, perform the retained earnings and balance carry forward, perform accounts monitoring and substantiation.
- Participation in the preparation Financial Reporting and perform local Statistic Reports
- Manage the process of Internal and External Financial Audit.
- Guarantee the right level of Internal control.
- Ensure compliance to the local regulations for the primary documents.
- Manage Projects activities General Ledger.
- To be business partner for the business in questions related to General Ledger.
General requirements:
- Completed education in Finance, Accounting or related spheres.
- Working experience from 5 years.
- Knowledges of IFRS and Tax legislation.
- English – upper-intermediate level.
- SAP and Excel knowledges.
Personal skills:
Attention to details, time management, communication skills, proactiveness, stress resistant, responsibility.
