Strategic Intelligence and Risk Management focused business, primarily comprised of former United Kingdom specialist military, law enforcement, intelligence and diplomatic service personnel, together with corporate expertise is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its team.
Official duties:
- Support the Partner / MP in the day-to-day coordination, and management of business operational activities.
- Monitor, and support business operations to meet client expectations, and company standards.
- Liaise between Partner / MP, and company management to ensure efficient support operations delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company, joint venture, client – policies, standards and procedures.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents / procedures for the TSG Partner / MP, and company reference purposes.
- Manage all financial bookkeeping to support the accountants.
- Collaboration with the team for more effective accounting reporting.
- Other duties as assigned by the Partner / MP.
- Control of company expenses, collection of all necessary primary accounting documents, communication with our accountants in the UK, drawing up expense plans for the correct formation of company budgeting, etc.
Requirements:
- Fully competent in Ukrainian and English languages, written and oral,
- Fully Information Technology (IT) literate, also proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams etc.,
- Available to work 7 days a week if required,
- Basic understanding of corporate accounting,
- Good organizational skills,
- Excellent communications skills,
- Discreet and Honest, Team player, Adaptable.
